Astral allows users the ability to access third-party websites, apps, and artificial intelligence and machine learning models (collectively, “Third Party Sites”) directly through the Site. For some of these Third Party Sites, you will need to click a link and leave the Site. For some, you can access them directly within the Site while you are using the Site. This Policy does not apply to personal information collected through any Third Party Sites, including websites you may access or personal information you may provide to those Third Party Sites while you are using the Site. Third Party Sites including artificial intelligence and machine learning models used to power the Service may have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to read them before providing any personal information on or through them. Certain offerings on our Site may have additional notices about the information practices and choices. Please read those additional privacy disclosures to understand how they may apply to you.

MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

The Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect or sell personal information from children under 18. Information You Provide To Us:

• When you register with this Site, create a profile, use this Site, or provide contact information so that we may contact you to discuss our services, we may ask you to provide personal information by which you may be identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other contact details.
• When you add content to the Site, Astral will ingest Your Content into a vector database which will transform Your Content into a numerical representation of Your Content; only users with access to your Account will be able to search and retrieve information from Your Content or content generated from Astral’s use of Your Content. Astral uses secure APIs to retrieve information from Your Content. Based on search results, excerpts of Your Content will be encrypted in transit and sent to a machine learning model to generate responses. Astral will not make Your Content or responses generated from the use of Your Content available outside of your Account or the account of a user permitted to access Your Content. Astral shall ensure that neither Your Content nor the vector database into which it is ingested is used to train or fine tune any machine learning model and that neither Your Content nor the vector database into which it is ingested it is incorporated into any generative AI output prepared for any third party other than users permitted to interact with Your Content.
• When you use our Services including asking questions through the Q&A function, we collect personal information that you include in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide.
• We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, we may ask you to provide certain information, which may include personal information.
• When you communicate with us to request a feature, report a problem, ask a question, report a violation on the Site, or for any other reason, we may keep records and copies of your correspondence (including e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and any other personal information you had provided).
• When you sign up for any paid services or place any orders on the Site, we may keep details of transactions you carry out through the Site and of the fulfillment of any orders (note that you may be required to provide payment information before placing an order through the Site).
• When you otherwise use the Site, such as for search queries, watch history, Set views, Tile views, or viewing the content we make available, or installing any of our plug-ins.
